What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.

What equipment do I need?

Full access to gym equipment. (i.e machines, weightlifting platforms, power rack, dumbbells, bands etc) Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding equipment.

How many times a week do I train?

4 to 5 times a week.

How do I access the program?

You’ll be able to access the program through the downloadable app that will be sent to you. Apps are optimal for both desktop and mobile.

Are they at home training options?

At home training options will be coming soon. Follow Perez on Instagram to stay up to date.

What if I’m not satisfied with the program?

We’ll do all we can to make sure you find the perfect program for you.  Contact us with any questions and we’ll collaborate on the best option moving forward. 

What if I miss a day of training?

We understand life happens. Just make sure to get your workout in on a different day during the week.
