Perez Tieku

Perez has been and continues to help his clients achieve their fitness goals for more than 9 years and counting.  He believes in getting stronger and healthier so you’re more ready to take on life’s challenges.  Whether you’re trying to keep up with your kids on the playground, trying to be a better cyclist, or look better in that suit, he provides his clients with the tools to achieve their goals and maintain them.

Perez has worked with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and life experiences. The underlying theme is that once his clients understand how the human body is supposed to move, our biomechanics, and learn how to apply it in and outside of the gym, they’re well on their way to achieving a healthier version of themselves.

His love for fitness coaching grew in university, when he saw how much of an impact a few changes in physical movement improved the quality of life of his clients.

One of the most important lessons he’s learned through his 15 years of training is that it’s all about being consistent and making small changes over time. 

Perez is experienced in bodybuilding, strength training, powerlifting, weightlifting, calisthenics and mobility training etc. He loves playing soccer, football, and volleyball.

Perez uses fitness as a means to make important parts of his life more enjoyable and he wants to impart that to you as well.
